<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member which can electrify an object to be electrified uniformly and sufficiently even when only dc voltage is applied and a pre-exposure means is not provided, controls the occurrence of a defective image such as a ghost image, is reduced in photosensitive body contamination when used for a long time, and is useful as an electrification roller. <P>SOLUTION: In the conductive member having a substrate good in conductivity and a semiconductor layer which is formed on the outside of the substrate and has at least one layer, the semiconductor layer contains an inorganic filler and a conductive filler having a surfactant layer with the surface of the inorganic filler coated with a surfactant and an organic conductive agent layer with the surfactant layer coated with an organic conductive agent having two specified repeating units. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
