POINT MANAGING METHOD, CARD SYSTEM AND POINT MANAGING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point managing system preventing predetermined processing generated with the utilization of cards from being concentrated in a certain period.

SOLUTION: This point managing method is provided for managing points which card members use when utilizing cards. It comprises steps of: storing a calculating rule for the points to be granted when utilizing the cards in a non-peak time zone; specifying the card members who ever utilize in a peak time zone in the past in accordance with database in which authorization processing executing histories are accumulated; informing the specified card members that the stored calculating rule is applied when utilizing the cards in the non-peak time zone in future, and calculating the points to be granted when utilizing the cards thereafter in the non-peak time zone in accordance with the calculating rule.
