PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic images capable of outputting only needed information to an external output device by a needed information amount by improving the visibility of the ultrasonic images and various kinds of graphics by preventing unneeded graphics from being put on the ultrasonic images, outputting large images and outputting only graphics needed for diagnosing. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus comprises a control panel 18 capable of setting display condition setting information for graphics, a graphic composition control part 19 for setting the display condition setting information by the control panel and performing composition with the ultrasonic images, and the external output device 15 for outputting images for which the graphics and the ultrasonic images are combined, wherein only the needed information is outputted to the external output device.
