PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shut-off valve opening switch structure of a microcomputer gas meter capable of miniaturizing the gas meter body and performing display without dropping the quantity of light of a light source. SOLUTION: The shut-off valve opening switch structure comprises an LED lamp 13 as the light source that is disposed inside the gas meter body 1 and lights up or blinks when a two-way shut-off valve is opened, a return switch 16 that is disposed adjacently to the LED lamp 13 and can open the two-way shut-off valve by switching-on inside the gas meter body 1, a push button key 24 that is disposed in the gas meter body 1 so that it faces the LED lamp 13 and is movable with respect to the LED lamp 13 and has translucency capable of transmitting the lighting light and blinking light of the LED lamp 13 to the outside, and a switch operation unit 27 that is disposed in the push button key 24 and can switch on the return switch 16 in pressing the push button key 24.
