The preprocess terminal apparatuses 7a, 7b of a design test/technique test stage, the post-process terminal apparatuses 8a, 8b of a pre-mass-production stage, and the mass-production devices 9a, 9b of a mass-production stage, etc., are connected to the network 6. and a market operation information database (DB) 11 is connected to the network via a sales server device 10.
