摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a condition of not permitting an increased temperature value of a diode 13 to exceed the junction temperature to be satisfied by a simple structure at low costs. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of reverse-current preventing diodes 13 are connected in parallel between adjacent terminal boards 12 to which electrodes (a) of solar cell modules M are connected. A current (i) flowing in each diode is reduced by the factor of the number of diodes connected in parallel, and the heating value of each diode is reduced. An integral heat transformer plate 30 is provided at the terminal board in contact with the body of a parallel diode continuously, and homogenizes the heat radiation and generation temperature of each diode. In this way, the heat resistance reliability of the diode can be maintained without using any expensive heat-resistant diodes by sharing the load of the output current by the plurality of diodes, efficiently radiating heat from the terminal board and the heat transformer plate, and further homogenizing heat generation temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
