PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar or concrete spraying method for economically and efficiently spraying mortar or concrete of high strength by suppressing the occurrence of rebound and eliminating clogging of a hose. SOLUTION: In the mortar or concrete spraying method, aggregate 8 supplied from an aggregate force-feeder 9, and cement milk 13 supplied from a cement milk supply means 14, are mixed to obtain a mortar material 1 or concrete material, and the mortar material 1 or concrete material is sprayed.
