PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound suitable for a liposome contrast medium for performing lesion-selective imaging. SOLUTION: The liposome contains a compound represented by general formula (I), or a salt thereof as a film forming ingredient. Wherein R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are independently a substituted or unsubstituted 8-30C alkyl or alkenyl; L is a divalent bridging group (L is constituted by atoms selected from the group consisting of carbon atom, oxygen atom, nitrogen atom and hydrogen atom, wherein the total number of atoms constituting L and selected from the group consisting of carbon atom, oxygen atom and nitrogen atom is 4-15); and Ch is a chelate forming moiety containing≥3 nitrogen atoms.
