<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales promotion system for performing a service for individual users in a retail outlet. <P>SOLUTION: The purchasing amount or purchasing frequency of each article every member is analyzed, based on the purchasing history of a member, and a unique service is offered to each member, using the analysis result. For example, member information such as an ID is read by an input section 1 installed at in a shop front, and a processing section 2 extracts the purchasing history information of the member stored in the storage section 3, using the member information.
