<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator hardly causing molding failure, by preventing reduction in a magnetic flux of a stator flange by positioning of a bobbin and a stator. <P>SOLUTION: The bobbin 21 and the magnetic delivery stator 23 are positioned by fitting of two positioning holes 31 arranged in the stator flange 23b and two positioning projections 32 arranged in a bobbin flange 21b. The positioning holes 31 present a round hole shape, and the positioning projections 32 present an elliptic shape adjusted to a diameter part of a round hole, and a resin passing clearance 33' is formed between both. Since the resin passing clearance 33' plays a role equal to a resin passing hole 33, the total number of positioning holes 31 and resin passing holes 33 can be reduced, and reduction in the magnetic flux passing through the stator flange 23b can be prevented. Since a secondary molding resin flows in the resin passing clearance 33' of a positioning part, a flow of the secondary molding resin can be uniformized over the whole periphery, and the occurrence of molding failure can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
