DRIVING OPERATION ASSIST DEVICE FOR VEHICLE, VEHICLE WITH THE DEVICE, AND RISK POTENTIAL CALCULATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving operation assist device for a vehicle capable of reflecting the risk actually felt by a driver on the control of the reaction of an accelerator pedal. SOLUTION: This driving operation assist device comprises circumference recognizing means 10, 20 for detecting the state of the vehicle and the traveling environment around the vehicle, and a future circumference prediction means 50 for calculating the present degree of approach of the vehicle to a preceding vehicle and/or the degree of effects of a change in the environment around the vehicle predicted in the future on the vehicle, and predicting the traveling statuses in the future.
