PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film or sheet which comprises a propylenic elastomer and is excellent in heat resistance, impact absorbability, transparency, heat sealability, and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: This film or sheet comprises a propylenic elastomer having the following characteristics (a), (b), (c) and (d). (a) The propylenic elastomer comprises 50 to 95 mol.% of propylene units and 5 to 50 mol.% of ethylene units. (b) The triadtacticity of a propylene unit chain portion comprising head-tail bonds, determined by<SP>13</SP>C-NMR, is≥90.0%. (c) The rate of position irregular units based on 2,1-insertion of propylene monomer in all propylene insertions, determined by<SP>13</SP>C-NMR, is≥0.5%, and the rate of position irregular units based on 1,3-insertion of propylene monomer, determined by<SP>13</SP>C-NMR, is≤0.05%.
