PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire improving the tire grip performance and a tire using this rubber composition. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for the tire contains 1-150 pts.wt. of a piezoelectric material based on 100 pts.wt. of a natural rubber and/or a diene type synthetic rubber.
