<p>The device has a circular volume unit with front surfaces at which sealing units are arranged. An annular surface of the volume unit is broken by an opening into which a filler neck is inserted. The filler neck is sealed with a screw-type seal unit such as O-ring, and the volume element is tightly fixed between front and bottom plates. A fastener such as screw, affixes drills outside the diameter of the volume unit in the front and the bottom plates. The volume unit with diameter smaller than 120 millimeters is used.</p> |
