The vehicle has a flooring construction designed as a modular flooring (3) and including a support (11) that enables the lifting of the flooring from an exit height into another height relative to a body shell (1) of a vehicle. The latter height is above the exit height, and is arranged in a distance between a lower side of the flooring and an undercarriage of the shell, and the support laterally fastens the flooring at the shell.
