An endoscopic system for controlling the intraperitoneal pressure and the pressure in a hollow organ of a patient comprising: an air supplier which at least has a first pressure sensor for measuring the intraperitoneal gas pressure, a second pressure sensor for measuring the gas pressure in the hollow organ, a first port for supplying air into the peritoneal cavity and degassing the same, a second port for supplying air into the hollow organ and degassing the same, and a third port connected to the second pressure sensor; an endoscope connected to the air supplier; a pneumoperitoneum needle connected to the first port; and a local injection needle connected to the second port.
