<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel capacitor employing a nanowire. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitor having a first electrode 1 composed of a conductive nanowire, a dielectric layer 2 covering the outer circumference of the first electrode partially, and a second electrode 3 covering the outer circumference of the dielectric layer is constituted.
