摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein complex-based binding reagent having high affinity, low mitogenic actions and high in vivo stability. <P>SOLUTION: The protein complex-based binding reagent comprises a triple-helix-coil forming a fusion polypeptide chain each having a scaffold domain and a heterologous domain. Furthermore, a related isolated fusion polypeptide, a nucleic acid, a vector and a host cell are provided and a method for producing the fusion polypeptide is provided.
