PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce booming noise in a cabin without increasing the weight and costs. SOLUTION: This front header panel 1 is extended in the car cross direction along the upper edge of a windshield opening O of a vehicle. A panel body 11 is recessed at a predetermined width to form groove parts 12-15 extended in the panel cross direction in, at least, one part in the panel longitudinal direction so that the panel body 11 can be easily curved for deformation in the panel longitudinal direction.
