PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper device capable of increasing freedom of arrangement of a wiper motor. SOLUTION: The wiper device 10 is a module type wiper device provided with a link mechanism for transmitting drive force of the wiper motor 70 to pivot shafts 51, 52 fitted with a wiper arm; a pair of pivot holders 30, 40 for turnably supporting the pivot shafts 51, 52; and a frame 20 for connecting the pivot holders 30, 40. In the wiper device 10, the wiper motor 70 is fixed to the pivot holder 30 by a rod-like fixing bracket 60 having a mounting part 62 fixed with the wiper motor 70 at one end side and having a connection fixing part 61 fixed to the pivot holder 30 at the other end side.
