PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle belt-rolling device having less possibility of commingling foreign materials in the noodle belt and reducing a load for exchanging rolls. SOLUTION: This noodle belt-rolling device 2 is equipped with a pair of rolls 5, 6 juxtaposed to each other with spacing, and rotating in reverse directions with each other by being imparted with rotating force from a servo motor 10 and rolling the conveyed-in noodle belt M. At least one of the pair of rolls 5, 6, consists of a driving roll 5 having a core member 7 having an approximately cylindrical form and an outside-fitted member 8 made from a fluororesin having a cylindrical form and fitted on the outside of the core member 7, and it is possible to bring the fluororesin in contact with the noodle belt M even if the outer circumferential surface of the driving roll is worn by friction, so as to extend the exchanging period of the rolls and reduce expenses required for the exchange.
