The present invention is a paper pen including an exterior card stock including printed graphics thereon, a clear film laminated on the front side of the exterior card stock, an interior card stock including die cut channels, adhesively attached to a back side of the exterior card stock such that the channels register with the printed graphics and pen refills mounted along each channel including a pen tip penetrating through a tip hole defined in the exterior card stock, the pen t ip and projecting outwardly there from. The exterior card stock being folded along a scored centre line such that substantially one half the card is adhesively bonded to the other half thereby sandwiching the pen refills there between.
