<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel circuit device in which a field effect transistor and a capacitor are configured using a nanowire. <P>SOLUTION: In the circuit device having the field effect transistor and the capacitor, the field effect transistor has a channel comprising a first nanowire, the capacitor is configured to include a first electrode consisting of a second nanowire having conductivity, a dielectric layer for locally covering the external periphery of the first electrode, and a second electrode for covering the external periphery of the dielectric layer.
