<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-activity catalyst which is used for producing a hydrocarbon consisting mainly of propane or butane, namely, liquefied petroleum gas by allowing carbon monoxide to react with hydrogen , with high selectivity at high yield, the lifetime of which is made long and which is hardly degraded. <P>SOLUTION: The catalyst for producing liquefied petroleum gas contains a methanol synthesis catalyst component and a zeolite catalyst component. The average particle size of the methanol synthesis catalyst component is ≥200 μm and that of the zeolite catalyst component is also ≥200 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
