<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device for supplying a stable output signal by reducing leak current of a charge pump when locked while reducing the lock time of a PLL circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In the semiconductor device connected to one power supply voltage to provide a phase-locked loop circuit 1 on a semiconductor substrate, the phase-locked loop circuit is provided with a plurality of circuit blocks 2, 3, 5 and 6. On the semiconductor substrate, a plurality of power supply voltage supplying means 7, 8 and 9 for generating voltages of different voltage values from the one power supply voltage and respectively supplying the voltages of different voltage values to each of the circuit blocks, and a supply voltage control means 10 for controlling an output of a circuit block to be a voltage supply destination by selectively supplying any of the voltages generated by the power supply voltage supplying means to a PMOS transistor substrate included in at least one circuit block among the circuit blocks are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
