<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation device for a medical expense payment application, which eliminates restrictions of conventional technology wherein it is necessary to print a bar code on a medical expense payment application according to the number of kinds of systems or the number of corresponding months, and automatically preparing a judo therapist medical expense payment application repeatedly until therapy of a patient is completed by printing the bar code on a medical chart or a paper sheet taking the place thereof when trying to automatically prepare the judo therapist medical expense payment application. <P>SOLUTION: It is not necessary to print the bar code on the medical expense payment application itself by printing the bar code on the medical chart paper sheet on which a treatment record of the patient is recorded, and using it as a guide paper sheet when automatically preparing the later judo therapist medical expense payment application. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
