PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector body in which a tension-reducing member and a releasing part for the cable sealing part and the peripheral sealing part for a socket connector are dispensed with. SOLUTION: The socket connector 100 is composed of a connector body 102 which is formed jointly by its peripheral sealing part 160 and a cable sealing part. In a first molding process, a first die is placed in a mold and plastic 188 is filled in the mold to form the connector body. A second molding process, a second die is placed in the mold and the elastomer material 192 which is filled in the mold passes at least one passage 135, then the peripheral sealing part and the cable sealing part are integrally formed.
