<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled wet hand towel manufacturing apparatus which can increase the productivity of tolled wet hand towels, and at the same time, can pull in a sheet material while suppressing the contact between the sheet material and the width ends of a suction inlet even if the sheet material is warped between a towel roll and the suction inlet. <P>SOLUTION: Since unfixed plates Rb and Rb abut on both side surfaces of the towel roll R having a smaller width than the width of the suction inlet 21, the surface on the towel roll R side of the unfixed plate Rb is located on the inside from the width ends 21a of the suction inlet 21. Also, since the unfixed plate Rb is larger than the outer diameter of the side surface of the towel roll R, the unfixed plate Rb abuts on the width directional side of the sheet material S which has been pulled out from the towel roll R.
