PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding articles, such as a futon or a bed, which can simply working for strengthening sunk parts on which a sleeper's weight is applied, the shape of a roll of net makes gas permeability and stability and reduces the drawback that a lightweight pillow causes the sleeper to snore as the pillow moves away or makes the neck lean forward and disturbs breathing by a structure so that it can adjust the height in many levels. SOLUTION: In a pillow rolled using a single article of net material or a combination of net material and cotton, sponge or the like, a lower pillow 1 for putting the shoulders, an upper pillow for putting the neck and an occipital region for putting the head are respectively independent and there is no burden onto the neck in the structure.
