PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refiner plate for decreasing abrasive action and damage on a disperger casing caused by an impact power of refiner materials. SOLUTION: This refiner plate containing a multiple number of concentric teeth rows and feeding angles formed at the teeth of the multiple number of rows is characterized in that the feeding angles are formed by the leading edges of the teeth, the first feeding angle of the first row teeth is different from the second feeding angle of the second row, and the difference of the feeding angles is at least 20°.
