PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare members for preventing the leakage of humor designed to effectively prevent the leakage of the humor in a principal part of the dead body arranged, respectively as a set, use the set and thereby prevent the leakage of most of the humor of the dead body as a whole. SOLUTION: The apparatus for preventing the leakage of the humor of the dead body is equipped with the following. a syringe (1) filled with a jelly substance (11) containing a highly water-absorbing resin to be inserted into a pharyngeal part (B) of the dead body, an insertion tube (20) inserted from a nostril (A) into the pharyngeal part (B), a cover member (30) externally inserted into the insertion tube (20), a humor sealing member (40) for the rectum and a cotton material (60) for use in a mouth.
