PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling prevention device automatically alarming when rolling prevention treatment according to a predetermined operating procedure is not performed after an engine is stopped in a maintenance vehicle. SOLUTION: When a hand brake is not applied and wheels are not chucked manually when a driver leaves an operator's seat after an engine is stopped, an attention attracting means informing the driver of it and a control device are connected to a power supply operably even after the engine is stopped and so set that the power supply is automatically cut off when a hand brake detection signal and a manual chuck detection signal are input into the control device. Unless the hand brake is applied and the manual chuck is applied after the engine is stopped, attention attracting operations such as voice message are continuously performed. Therefore, when the driver leaves the maintenance vehicle after stopping the engine, the hand brake must be applied and the manual chuck must be performed at all times. Since the power supply of the device is automatically cut off when the hand brake is applied and the wheels are chucked manually, failure to turn off the power supply is absent conveniently.
