<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-quality squalene processed food having a sufficient content rate of any of coenzyme Q-10, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) through regulating unevenness in the content rate of active ingredients of squalene in liver oil of deep-sea shark in accordance with the kind and the habitat area thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The squalene processed food highly contains coenzyme Q-10, and is obtained by mixing liver oil of deep-sea shark having 20-50 wt.% of a low content rate of squalene, with the liver oil of deep-sea shark having 50-80 wt.% of a high content rate of squalene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
