RFID DEVICE, RFID SYSTEM AND ACCESS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and highly convenient RFID device and an RFID system and an access control method having a security function for the reading/writing of data.

SOLUTION: The RFID device 100 is provided with an access number storage part 211 for recording access number when performing the reading/writing of data of a data storage part 210 of the RFID device 100 and a reading/writing setting information storage part 212 for locking reading/writing for the data of the storage part 210. Furthermore, the RFID device is provided with a function validation flag storage part 213 for validating or invalidating the access number recording function or the lock function.
