PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of stably operating auxiliary machines or the like driven at high voltage, even in the case of recovery of electrode catalyst from poisoning or warming up of fuel cells.
SOLUTION: A control device, when it detects that the electrode catalyst is in a poisoned state, first confirms an operation motion point (Ifc1, Vfc1) at the present time. A target operation motion point (Ifc2, Vfc2) is led out enough for recovering activity of the poisoned electrode catalyst. Then, as shown in Fig. 5(b), a shift of operation motion points for keeping an output power constant is realized from a normal operation motion point to a low-efficiency operation motion point. In the concrete, an FC current is controlled by lowering an FC voltage from Vfc1 down to Vfc2 with the use of a boosting converter, and at the same time, by adjusting an oxidant gas volume.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
