PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling element storage belt and linear motion guide device which facilitate assembling work of the rolling element storage belt, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the linear motion guide device. SOLUTION: In the linear guide (linear motion guide), a rolling element storage belt 50 is assembled in an infinite circulating passage, formed in an ended shape and provided with a plurality of rolling element storage parts for storing balls 46 respectively. The rolling element storage parts situated at ends thereof become holding storage parts 57 for holding balls 46 to be stored therein in all directions. The rolling element storage parts other than the holding storage parts 57 become engagement and disengagement permissible storage parts 58 having directions which permit engagement and disengagement of balls 46 to be stored therein.
