PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn for producing an artificial lawn faithfully reproducing the appearance of a natural lawn. SOLUTION: The yarn (20) capable of producing, in an artificial lawn, a fibrous constitution article (2) which reproduces a natural lawn and has at least one layer having the appearance of a marble pattern (marble ripple) based on the presence of a striped pattern, strakes, belts or granular pattern (20a to 20e) having at least slightly different colors is used for producing an artificial lawn.
