PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyimide film excellent in heat resistance and mechanical properties and slight in migration resistance decline. SOLUTION: The polyimide film is less than 100 ppm in barium element content and based on a polyimide-benzoxazole obtained from the condensation reaction between a tetracarboxylic acid anhydride and a benzoxazole structure-bearing diamine.
