PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a ball delivery speed without the problem of ball clogging by relatively simple constitution and to suppress driving power for rotating an impeller for delivering balls one by one. SOLUTION: A ball supply route 2 and a discharge route 3 after passing through the impeller 1 for delivering the balls one by one accompanying the rotation are linearly arranged, and the position of the discharge route 3 is lower than the position of the ball supply route 2. The direction of the linear arrangement is the tangential direction of the rotation of the impeller 1. The impeller 1 has an outer peripheral shape for forming a ball receiving part for enclosing one ball between an opposing wall surface 6 and blades adjacent to each other on the outer periphery of the impeller 1. Further, the outer peripheral shape of the impeller 1 is such that a distance from the part of the impeller with which the ball is brought into contact to the wall surface of a route where the ball passes gradually increases and becomes larger than the diameter of the ball accompanying the rotation of the impeller 1.
