Water-based heat-resistant coating composition and process for applicant thereof

The present invention provides an aqueous heat-resistant coating composition comprising: (A) an aqueous carboxy-containing acrylic-modified epoxy resin dispersion obtained by neutralizing a carboxy-containing acrylic-modified epoxy resin with a basic compound and dispersing the neutralized resin in an aqueous medium; (B) an inorganic coloring pigment; and (C) a rust-preventive pigment. The present invention further provides a process for applying the same.
