<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible hose which is not reduced in properties of a nonwoven fabric layer as a main body of a hose wall while using advantages caused by using a low-density polyethylene to a resin film. <P>SOLUTION: The hose wall is composed of the nonwoven fabric layer formed by spirally winding a nonwoven fabric tape, and an air intercepting layer formed by spirally winding the resin film on at least one surface of the nonwoven fabric layer. A spiral reinforcing body for reinforcing the shape retention of the hose wall is provided. The nonwoven fabric tape comprises a core-sheath conjugate fiber having a core part comprising a polypropylene resin or a polyester resin and a sheath part comprising a low-melting point polyester resin compared with the core part, and the rein film comprises the low-density polyethylene. The spiral reinforcing body made of a hard synthetic resin positioned astride the side edges of the adjoining nonwoven fabric tapes is spirally wound in the condition of thermal fusion, so that the side edges of the adjoining nonwoven fabric tapes intercoupled for integral formation with the resin film through fusion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
