DISPLAY SUBSTRATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display substrate capable of preventing defective low-resistance metal conductors, and to provide a method for manufacturing the display substrate. SOLUTION: The display substrate comprises: a plurality of gate conductors which are formed extendedly in a first direction; a plurality of source conductors which are extended in a second direction crossing the gate conductors and are composed of first lower part layers formed of molybdenum or molybdenum alloy and first upper part layers formed of aluminum or aluminum alloy; a plurality of pixel parts defined by the gate conductors and the source conductors; switching elements which are formed on respective pixel parts and comprise gate electrodes extended from the gate conductors and source electrodes extended from the source conductors; and pixel electrodes which are made of transparent conductive substance and are electrically connected with drain electrodes of the switching elements.
