PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a fixture to a mold member so as to provide firm fixing strength without deforming the synthetic resin mold member. SOLUTION: This fixture 1 is constituted so that knurling-shaped and other recess-projection parts 3 and 4 are projectingly arranged on an outside peripheral surface of a short columnar body 2, and the recess-projection parts 3 and 4 have a little interval by sandwiching the center of the body 2, and a female screw hole 5 penetrating through a tip surface from a reference surface is also arranged in the body 2, and the whole is surface-treated by an admixture 6 of an adhesive and resin. When pushing the fixture 1 in the mold member 7, the fixture 1 is heated and pressurized, and the admixture 6 of the adhesive and the resin of surface-treating the heated fixture 1 and a peripheral surface resin of a hole 8 contacting with the heated fixture 1, soften and melt and wrap in the body 2 of the fixture 1, and the fixture 1 is fixed by cooling and hardening in a state of being filled in a recessed part and an interval part of the recess-projection parts 3 and 4.
