PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silsesquioxane-containing polymer having a high thermal stability, dissolvable with organic solvents, and excellent in film-forming property. SOLUTION: This polymer is obtained by performing the hydrosilylation reaction of the silsesquioxane derivative expressed by formula (1-1) with compounds expressed by formula (a-1) to (a-5).
