PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having a plant pest-controlling efficacy and a plant pest-controlling agent containing the same. SOLUTION: This pyridazine compound is expressed by formula (1) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is chlorine atom or the like; R<SP>2</SP>is a 1-4C alkyl; R<SP>3</SP>'s are each a 1-4C alkyl which may be substituted by a halogen atom or the like, or a 1-4C alkoxy which may be substituted by a halogen atom or the like; (m) is 0-5 integer, and in the case that the (m) is≥2 integer, the R<SP>3</SP>'s are each the same or different ; and Q is a 5-membered aromatic heterocyclic ring group having a hetero atom consisting of N, O and S as a ring-constituting atom].
