PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation containing fibrinogen as a main component and the substantially effective amount of blood coagulation XIIIth factor, stored stably in a solution state under a low temperature preservation condition of avoiding its freezing. SOLUTION: This liquid fibrinogen preparation containing the fibrinogen as the main component and the substantially effective amount of the blood coagulation XIIIth factor, and further cyclodextrins to begin withα-cyclodextrin. This liquid state fibrinogen preparation is provided by suppressing the gelation of the fibrinogen and the decrease of the activity of the XIIIth factor even under the low temperature preserving condition, and excellent in an aspect of preservation stability. Since the liquid-state fibrinogen preparation is excellent in preserving property, no dissolution operation is required, and further without requiring the transfer of the preparation into an application tool by separately dispensing the preparation into the application tools in advance and it has an extremely excellent advantage of directly used in an emergency.
