PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly inform a hearing-impaired person of existence of a horn sound generated from a vehicle. SOLUTION: The horn sound informing system for informing the hearing-impaired person, i.e., a pedestrian of the horn sound generated from the vehicle has a horn device for the vehicle for producing an alarm electric wave and transmitting it by a transmission antenna when the horn sound is emitted from a horn arranged on the vehicle; and a horn sound informing device tactilely and/or visually informing the hearing-impaired person of the received effect when the alarm electric wave is received through a receiver antenna.
