PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-floor vehicle with axled carriage capable of widening a low-floor passage. SOLUTION: This low-floor vehicle with an axled carriage 1, in which a pair of front and rear axles 2, 3 including right and left vehicle wheels 4, 4, 5 and 5 are suspended over right and left carriage frames 6a, 6b individually located at the right and left wheels 4, 4, 5 and 5, and either or both of the axles 2, 3 are interlockingly coupled to a main motor 8 through a reduction gear 9, includes: (1) the reduction gear 9 comprised of a plurality of gears 11, 12 of which shafts are parallel to each other; (2) an output gear 11 which is attached to an end of either axle 3 located outside of either carriage frame 6 in the lateral direction; (3) an input gear 12 which is attached to an attachment shaft 16 located outward of the carriage frame 6a in the longitudinal direction; (4) the main motor 8, located outward of the other carriage frame 6b in the longitudinal direction, which is suspended over a vehicular body 18 oriented parallel to the axle 2; and (5) a drive shaft 19 for the main motor 8 and the attachment shaft 16 of the input gear 12 which are interlockingly coupled through a propulsion shaft 10 and a universal coupling 14.
