PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cutter from being deformed and to accurately cut a continuous paper. SOLUTION: The cutter 23 is made into an L-shaped section, and not only both end parts but at least one position of its middle part in accordance with its length are supported and pressed to be able to prevent the cutter 23 from being deformed (curved) along the longitudinal direction of the cutter 23. As one end along the conveying direction of a fan fold paper P of the cutter 23 is pressed to a lid side paper guide 24 by a fixing tool, and the other end is pressed by a blade press 25, it is possible to prevent the cutter 23 from being deformed (bending and warping) along the conveying direction. Therefore, the continuous paper P can be accurately and beautifully cut, and in particular, when a continuous paper with a short interval of a transverse perforation is used, or the paper is cut into a short length, it is favorably applicable.
