PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that thin resin burrs attaching to the inside diameter of a stator after molding, which not only may become a cause of a trouble by falling-off but also are the apparent indication of out-of roundness, are becoming a large factor of a noise failure, in a molded motor. SOLUTION: A resin is prevented from entering inside diameter and the roundness is improved to reduce the noise failure in a finished product of a molded stator, by minimizing clearance between the outside diameter dimension of a center core and the inside diameter of a stator core so as to correct the inside diameter of the stator core with the center core of a lower die of a molding die and by forcibly mounting a finished product of stator windings on the center core when mounting it on the molding die.
